It doesn’t lift (thank god) but it really slims. I have a 37 inch waist so I’m a little on the bigger side, so I decided to get an XS/S and omg it brought me down to like 34.5-35 inches. It’s not too much but it still makes a huge difference, it literally took off like 2-3 inches off my waist? And it’s comfortable so if you wanna look slimmer and you’re around that size, definitely choose the XS!!
